[She ignores his question, instead reaching for the juice-coverd napkin.]

[He will glance at the younger girl for a moment before handing her the napkin without a second thought.]

Wouldn't you rather have a clean napkin to use?

[She shakes her head. NOPE. Instead of using it to clean up, she starts chewing on it. She chews paper anyway, and juice-flavored paper is even better.]

[He should have guessed she was going to chew on the napkin, but it was difficult to determine it. Regardless if he once was in her situation or not -- unable to communicate properly, lack of common sense, and accepting everything an individual would offer.

Soushi will remain silent as he though to himself. It was clear he was not the best with children that were similar to him in a way. But he will turn to the items on the ground.]

I hope you're enjoying your drink. It's good, isn't it?

[A pause.]

If you ever want to drink more, let me know. I'll buy more. [He will turn to the trays on the ground and point to it.] Are you finished eating your meal?

Good.

[She nods at his second question, and keeps at it with the napkin. After a few moments, she looks back at hime.]

More now?

[After her nod, he will reach for the empty tray and raise it from the ground. He would have asked permission to take it back to his room to clean it, but her request for more juice will catch his attention beforehand. She wanted more? Well, he could easily get her more as he liked the juice as well.

Without thinking, he will offer her a free hand.]

Do you want to get more now? I'm free at the moment, I can take you to the place I purchase them at. [Or rather.] Find, I mean. [Just in case she didn't understand what he meant to say. What are using easier words or knowing how much a child would know certain words?]

[Hmmmm. She thinks about that offer for a few long seconds, then nods.]

Yeah. Go.

[And she gets up, ready to follow him.]

Very well. I'll guide you there, Lilly-san.

[And he will once he takes care of the tray he has in his possession which shouldn't be too difficult to take care of. He could simply return them to his room, then take her to the store which isn't far neither. It's a few blocks away from the Welcome Hall. A small store that worked as mini-marketplace.

They'll be there and remain there until they both have found the juice boxes they want before returning.]

(OOC: Do you want to handwave the rest? Or continue on?)

[Once he starts walking, she drops down on all-fours, following in that weird way of hers. She doesn't crawl, exactly-- she walks like an animal, using her hands as an extra pair of feet.]

[OOC: Either-or!]

[Soushi will watch her from the corner of his eye, curious to see her walk on all fours as though she was an animal. It wasn't odd for him to witness as he knows children with the ability to literally transform into small animals. He'll simply believe she could possibly be one for the time being.

He will continue to walk, but at a more steady pace, so she could keep up with him. In spite of everything, Soushi couldn't help look back with his usual servitude smile.]

Do you prefer to continue walking on all fours or be carried to the store instead? I could be used as a horse, if you most prefer.

[She slows when he makes this suggestion, and frowns. She knows what being carried is, and she doesn't want that, but...]

Hawws?

[The word sounds a little familiar, but she can't match it up with a meaning.]

A horse is a creature with four legs and carries other people on their back.

[However, he did not feel as though the explanation was enough, so there will be some thought over the best way to better explain. He will look at the ground and decides to draw the outer image of the anime by using sand and his gloved finger. Once he was finished drawing a simple sketch of a horse on sand, he will point to it.]

This is a horse. Do you recognize it?

[Lilly looks at it closely, and traces the tail with her finger. Then she looks up and shakes her head.]

Would you like to see one?

[He can't help wonder if she would be curious to see a live four-legged horse that a friend of his created with their abilities. He could take her to a bookstore and show her a picture of one, but he didn't want to visit that particular acquaintances store or travel to Odin to borrow one.]

[She nods, a little hesitantly.]

See.

Then we'll go visit them after we have bought our juice.

[And speaking of juice, after walking a little longer, Soushi will head towards the store door, opening it for Lilly to enter. The store was small, filled with the whatever a person needed.]

The juice boxes should be by the freezer at the back. Choose the flavor you would like to drink. Only chose one as I only have enough for us to drink at the moment.

[Her first time in a grocery store, what a momentous occasion.

Unfortunately, she isn't quite sure how stores work-- as evidenced by, on her way to the drinks, she stops at a display of cookies and picks up a package. She's about to tear it open.]

[Having caught on to her intentions, Soushi will quickly place a hand over her own as he takes hold of her. He will shake his head as he continues to smile.]

Before you decide to open this, you have to pay for this item beforehand as this bag does not belong to you. Along with the boxes of juice.

[Then he remains quiet.]

Do you understand by the term known as pay?

[Well, she does now, even though it's kind of a weird concept to her. She nods, and hands him two packages.]

Pay?

Pay is when you use money as a way to trade items you wish to buy.

[He'll take a quick stroll to the freezers to pick up two boxes of juice before returning to the younger girl's side.]

Please follow me. I'll show you the meaning of paying for items like these. We'll take a quick stop to the front counter.

[Without another word he will head there, then place the boxes of juice onto the counter before turning to the younger girl.]

You may place the packages in your hand onto the desk along with the rest of the items. Pay attention to this small window over here. [He will point towards the cash register window.] It will show us the value each of these items hold.

[Which the small window will begin to show numbers as the native begins to scan each item. Once she was finished, she will reveal the price of all the items which was a little over Soushi's intent budget, but he will turn to the younger girl.]

That is the total value of all the items. Do you know how to buy these items? [He won't give the younger girl time to answer as he shows her a square, silver-colored coin.] Do you recognize this?
