Game Summary:
Snowblind was a horror-exploration game that took place in the deserted town of Norfinbury, Alaska, in the mid-22nd century. Characters woke up alone with limited supplies, and had to brave the freezing hellscape outside in order to scavenge for more. Staying put was not an option for a couple of reasons - no building had enough in it to sustain a character for more than a few days, and if they gave it a try anyway, they'd start to break down mentally. Despite everyone constantly being on the move, adverse weather conditions made travel slow and difficult, meaning that interaction over the network was much more practical and common than meeting up with other people in person. Most characters formed travel groups (generally consisting of 2-5 people) that they spend most or all of their time with. In addition to foraging for supplies, dealing with horrifying metaplot-related events, and doing all that they could to keep warm, characters had to work together (by exploring new areas of the town, keeping track of info revealed during NPC interactions, interacting with clues left behind by former residents, etc.) to figure out what the hell this town's deal was, and to - hopefully! - figure out a way out.

History of Character in their Game:
arrival
Upon arrival, Lilly spent quite a while looking around for Mama and her sister - it would take her quite a while to come to terms with the fact that they, for whatever reason, were not able to come and get her. She explored the house she landed in from top to bottom, picking up interesting things (such as drawing paper and pens), poking at unfamiliar things, and occasionally breaking things in frustration. Eventually, she discovered the network by accident. While she initially didn't believe that the people she saw and heard onscreen were real, it didn't take long for her to figure out her mistake, and she had some cautious interaction with them - she had her first experience with music that wasn't just humming, as well as her first experience with someone who didn't speak English, and she found someone willing to do some nonverbal communication with her. Still, she drew the line at telling anyone where she was, not wanting them to come snatch her. Despite being told that she needed to move frequently, she stayed in the same house for several days. Nesting down in one spot is in her nature, and besides, moving would make it harder for Mama to find her quickly.

the pit
Just a couple of days after she arrived, Lilly had a strange, surreal dream. (This sort of thing wasn't entirely uncommon in Norfinbury, but she had no way of knowing that.) Waking up in an empty room filled with other people was stressful to her, and for a while, she reverted to sitting in a corner facing the wall, trying to block out as much of the sensory overload as she could. When people came over to check on her, though, she grudgingly interacted with them, which netted her a few more acquaintances, including a drawing buddy. Before the night ended, Lilly jumped into the comforting darkness of the pit, an act that soon caused mysterious red lines to start appearing on her skin.

invasion
By and large, Lilly continued to stay in the house that she had arrived in - one episode of Norfinbury-induced cabin fever sent her scuttling next door for the night, but she immediately returned the next day. Unfortunately for her loner tendencies, she had inadvertently used the network camera to show off enough of her surroundings that people were able to identify where she was, and a group had set out to come and get her. She hid the moment they arrived, but didn't refuse interaction. They gave her some of their food when she asked (which started a trend of her asking everyone she encountered for food, despite having something of a stockpile herself), and she had her first encounter with Kesara, another child who would quickly become something of an adversary in Lilly's mind. At least getting to meet Vanitas's dark shadowy friend was a good consolation prize.

tests
Kesara, an older and more responsible child, had decided to keep Lilly with her to both keep her safe, and to keep an eye on those worrisome red markings; at first, they'd stayed in the house that Lilly had claimed as her own, but Kesara knew that eventually they'd have to move, and so she tasked herself with dragging Lilly out by force. As a result of some event-driven effects (which, honestly, couldn't have been helped by Lilly's general Lilly-ish-ness), Kesara grew increasingly suspicious and determined to keep her quarantined. This culminated in her cutting off a few snips of Lilly's hair and drawing a syringeful of blood in order to run "tests" - and what's more, despite her reservations, Lilly felt the strange, inexplicable urge to let her. By the next morning, these strange effects had worn off of both of them, but Lilly was still spooked enough to bolt the first chance she got. For the next week and a half, she eschewed all contact with people, including network communication.

loner
Lilly continued to travel all by her lonesome (well, all by her lonesome plus Vanitas's little shadow creature, which had started following her a while back), and she fell into something of a routine: she'd land herself in a new building, stubbornly try to stay there as long as possible, and eventually be forced out by cabin fever setting in. She'd then move on to the next building she found, and start the cycle anew. She did eventually start using the network again, though, and generally got more and more used to the idea of being communicative: she still didn't want to meet up with anybody in person, but her conversations got longer and more pointed, she wandered off in the middle of them less, and there was more actual word use from her end. She figured out some things on her own, and got some other things explained to her, and miraculously, she managed to survive by herself for longer than anyone (her player included) could have expected.

consolidation theory
In what was by far Lilly's most upsetting Norfinbury experience, the red-marked woke up one morning on a cell block, where they were to remain for several days. During this period, they were subjected to illness and experimentation, weird visitors, and memory issues that, for better or for worse, left everyone unclear about what exactly was happening to them (particularly when video recordings of the forgotten events started to show up). Lilly wasn't traumatized by this, exactly, and she didn't watch any of the videos, but even after they'd been freed, the whole thing left her feeling much more confused, unsettled, and unsafe than she had before. Up to this point, she'd liked the town well enough; if Mama and her sister had been with her, she would have been happy to stay forever. After this, though, she grew to feel uneasy about it, and that feeling lingered for the rest of her time there - which, as it happened, turned out to only be a couple more weeks, because then she was unceremoniously killed by a monster and woke up in the Meadous.

How did they change from their canon personality wise (Please explain what caused it to happen?)
So here's the thing about Lilly. In canon, she shows great resistance to adapting to the societal norms expected of her, but she's also shown to be perfectly capable of exploring, growing, and interacting with the world around her in her own ways - those ways just aren't what the adults in her life might want or expect. In Norfinbury, this was something that continued. She made very little progress in things that many would consider basic life skills for a six-year-old, such as toilet training, reading and writing skills, and not considering dog biscuits to be haute cuisine, but she did pretty well at keeping herself alive to an extent that was never necessary or expected of her at home, not even when she was living in the woods (she had her ghost-mama and her big sister then, after all). I wouldn't go so far as to say she's completely self-sufficient - she's still only six, after all - but she's definitely a bit more capable of looking after herself now.

Her social and language skills, while still stunted, have also improved to some extent. While none of her individual relationships themselves have changed or affected her much, just the fact that they exist is a big thing for her. She might not yet have anything that could be considered close CR, but she's started to make good headway with branching out, talking to people, and forming tentative relationships, and as a result, she's slowly getting better at talking - even after being taken from the woods, she wasn't exposed to nearly as much speech and dialogue at home as she was in Norfinbury, and that's made a difference. Her pronunciation is still garbled, and she still has a heavy preference for non-verbal communication, but she's started to realize that there are times when she really does want or need to get a point across, and more words and complete sentences are sometimes necessary to make that happen. The existence of the network helped a lot with this; knowing that she'd be able to "turn people off" when she got overwhelmed or tired went a long way towards making her willing to reach out in the first place. This means that in the Meadous - a new, unfamiliar place with new, unfamiliar people, and no network buffer to boot - she might backslide a bit, but not so far that she'd end up back where she started.

Overall, she'll adjust to the Meadous fairly well. Norfinbury had felt familiar because of its darkness and shadows, but the Meadous will feel familiar in its own way, with its forests and rivers and nature. It'll be a safe place where she can scamper around and be a wild child all she wants, while still being in an environment that will gently push her towards continuing her social and emotional growth. She'd liked Norfinbury for all the wrong reasons. She'll like the Meadous for the right ones.

How did they change from their canon physically (Please explain what caused it to happen?):
She was already small and scrawny, and now she's even smaller and scrawnier.
